Bruschetta with Goat Cheese, Prosciutto, and Roasted Red Peppers

I tried this out at home on the 4th for lunch and I was so excited when I tasted it! My entire family loved it! It's super easy... I will admit, the ingredients are not the cheapest things out there, but it's SO worth it!

Ingredients
Loaf of your favorite Italian bread(mine is Rosemary Olive Oil bread from Costco)
Goat Cheese(I MUCH prefer local goat cheese because it is lighter, not as tangy, tastes way better and so on and so forth.. I got mine from Two Mile Ranch Market in CO, but whatever kind of goat cheese floats your boat is great!)
Roasted Red Peppers(mine were from a jar that I bought at the store)
Prosciutto(obviously, I did not make this at my house, just go to your grocery store or Whole Foods or something like that and hopefully find it there)

Directions
Cut the bread in slices and then in half vertically. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil on the bread and toast in a pan until lightly golden. Smear the delicious goat cheese on the bread. Cut the roasted red peppers in reasonable bite size pieces and place on top of the goat cheese. Next take the prosciutto and cut into same size pieces as the peppers. Place the prosciutto on top of the peppers and voila you have completed making this delicious appetizer! If you don't like a particular ingredient, you can substitute what you think would taste good. Take this idea and run with it!! Have fun :)
