My dear neglected blog....

To the few that read this,

I know I've been extremely neglectful since April about blogging. I don't really have a good excuse except to say that life happened and I haven't felt moved to write. But I feel moved now, so I think this is a good time to write.

Since I wrote last, I finished my sophomore(!!!) classes and enjoyed Summer '14. I nannied, sunbathed, shopped, saw all of my favorite little babies and children, went to the most magically tropical paradise(you know it as Oahu, Hawaii,) my long-time friend/sister become a mom for the very first time to her adorable little girl, and jetted off for Montana to jump in Nursing School.

I just got back from a mini two and a half day road trip with my grandma to Bozeman and Helena. We saw where my mom was born, we went shopping, we spent time talking and laughing, we ate expensive, but absolutely delish chocolate, we saw my new cousin, and I saw my college campus for the first time since I have been enrolled as a student. Which brings me to the main reason for this post. My schooling situation is a little confusing so I figured that I would write about it so that it might make a little more sense.

When I first applied to college, I applied to MSU Bozeman. Well I quickly came to find out that it wasn't the correct school that I needed to apply at. So, I quickly applied to Great Falls College MSU. This is a two year college that is affiliated to MSU Bozeman. I did my pre-reqs at Great Falls College. I then applied to the nursing program at Bozeman since I want to get my Bachelors degree. Once I got accepted into the Nursing program, I had to apply back at MSU Bozeman and become a student there. MSU Bozeman's Nursing program has many "satellite" nursing schools in different cities in Montana. I got accepted into the Great Falls satellite college. Therefore, I am officially a student at MSU Bozeman and will get my diploma and degree from that college. I will continue to live in Great Falls and attend the satellite college. I hope that this might help clear up confusion about my colleges.

I'm off to bed because I start Nursing school in just a few hours. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS REAL LIFE PEOPLE!!!!! It's about to get real and I am scared outta my mind and so excited at the same time. Peace out peeps.
