Nursing School Week 2
Honestly, this week was non-eventful which isn't such a bad thing! I had Labor Day off, but I studied all day. I had class on Tuesday, two on Wednesday and one on Thursday.
The thing I didn't realize about nursing school is that all my classes meet just once a week. That means that if it's a 3 credit class, I'm in class for a minimum of three hours and then lab time/clinical time etc. So, I'm learning how to sit and focus for THREE HOURS at a time! My teachers are great about giving us breaks, but that is one huge adjustment that I've had to learn. I'm going to learn bathing and wound care next week(I think??) which I'm excited about. I'm finally starting to learn about real hands on stuff! That's about it for the week! Thanks for the prayers and texts! They mean a lot.
